Situated between Haza del Lino and the village of Polopos (just 15 minutes from the coast at La Mamola) this plot of land with cortijo ruin measures some 45,000 sq m (approximately). It is reached via a track road (just off the main Haza del Lino to Polopos road. To the north lies the Sierra Nevada, to the south the Mediterranean and to the east the village has applied for permission to expand its urban area and if agreed new chalets will be built. To the west, the location of the land, permission is also being sought to construct a country house hotel. The land has its own water source with electricity nearby.
Although the land looks rather steep it has flat terraces too. The old stone cortijo could, with permission from the local authority, be restored or possibly a new build may be authorised.
