In a very rural location in the area of the Sierra Contraviesa this farm has VERY approximately 50000 sq m of land (in two parts - one with ruin of cortijo and the other without a house to restore). The farm is reached via a dirt track road for some 4 km from the main Carretera de la Contraviesa. The peace, tranquility, seclusion and views are simply stunning. This is truly a far from the madding crowd location! The land is mostly cultivated with almonds, figs and vines in this predominantly wine growing area.
