Situated on the beach front in Motril near to the Port and in a very central location. This is near to the golf club at a distance of 10 minutes. The flat enjoys a quiet and peaceful situation with uninterrupted views to the Medieterranean.
The flat is in a block of four flats and is located on the fourth floor (there is not a lift). Although the flat is about 20 years old it has recently been well cared for and nicely decorated.
From Malaga to Motril it takes about one and a half hours and to Granada about fifty minutes to an hour.
There is a new motorway under construction which will link Malaga, Nerja, Motril, Almeria.
The beach at Motril has several very good restaurants and there is also a marina.
