Situated in the "parque natural" of Pampaneira at a distance of 14 kms from the main road the farm is reached via an asphalt covered track road for 8 kms and a further 6 kms of dirt track road. The farm is located in the Sierra de Pampaneira and is set high up in the mountain range with stunning views, crystal clear cascading water from the sierras, pure air and tranquility par excellence! The ruins, to be totally renovated are spread over some 8 or so rooms.
The land which measures some 50,000 sq m is all accessible by car with the ruins situated towards the bottom of the estate. There are various springs and streams around the estate.
